Whilst serving with the British Army in 1998 and on a tour of duty in Kosovo 1999, I started my photographic career. I captured Kosovo using an old point and shoot 35mm camera. Right from the get-go I was drawn to Black and white photography. This book presents my time in Kosovo as a 19 year old soldier, all the images are of my own work and copyrighted. This book is unique, a special time in my life that changed me forever. The photographs in this book are never seen before images, stored away in my attic until now.
The photographs within the book have been intentionally edited in Black & white as I intended back in 1999.
